But to say it worked would be a gross understatement of just how GREAT it is!!! This is one of the finest pieces of work I have ever seen done on any sound. It is truly killer!! "jc, I really think you are super, super close buddy. The only thing that lacks for me is the Leslie spins a bit fast on the default hi speed and it lack a bit of depth(not much though).
It actually sounds real similiar to the VK7/8 but the Leslie sim just misses a bit. This maybe a limitation of the effect more than your emulation. All in all I love it and will tweak
some presets for myself soon." Jason replies: "As to the leslie speed I may be off.. but i will have to check.. I think that the emulator should duplicate as close as can be expected.. I calculated the speeds of both the tweeter and woofer on both settings by converting from rpm to hertz and thats what I ended up with. the rpm speeds come from a fairly reliable leslie calibration document." I still aint worked out all the functions perfectly yet but I am coming along. The dbeam Leslie thing is tricky but way 2KO. I am enjoying the organ sound on my Fantom finally.
